ORDER CONDITIONS
All orders are scritly processed by the following way:
1. Place an order. Your order will be set to 'Processing' status
2, In case we succesfully receive Your payment, the status of the order will be changed 'Payment Received'.
3, Once the status of Your order is 'Payment Received' the 7 days period starts to running in which we must ship the order. In case the order should be delayed, We contact the customer and ask for further steps.
4, The status of Your order will be changed to 'Shipped' so then the 30 days peroid is running when You will receive the order.
All changes of status are also sent to customer via e-mail or it can be also checked on website, under the 'My Account' option.
If You do not receive Your order, the complaint might be made after 30 days from the date when status of order has been changed to 'Shipped'.
The result of Your complaint will be resending of Your order. The order status will be changed to 'Payment Received' and processed again according to conditions from point 3.
PAYMENT REFUND
